Zoological Survey of India has issued or Publish a Recruitment Notification for recruitment for the post of Post Doctoral Fellow.Candidates who had Completed there PHD from any recognised University or institute can apply on or before 15th April 2017-18

1. Junior Research Fellow: 12 Posts

2. Post Doctoral Fellow: 03 Posts

Essential Qualification:

For post 1 candidates should have acquired Master Degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences with Zoology as a major subject in Undergraduate/ post Graduation course from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks.

For post 2 candidates should have acquired Ph.D or equivalent Degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences from a recognised University in India and having 3 years of research/ teaching experience (duration of PhD to be considered as research experience) in a recognised Institution/ University after M.Sc. with at least one research Paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI/ NAAS) journals.

Required Age:

For post 1 candidate age limit should be less than 28 years as on 30/04/2017.

For post 2 candidate maximum age should be less than 35 years as on 30/04/2017.

-Relaxation in upper age is applicable as per Govt Rules.

Mode of Selection:

Selection of candidates will be made based on their performance in Interview.
