New Delhi: Union Health Minister JP Nadda today released the first list of expected candidates for upcoming polls in Punjab and Goa. The list included nearly 17 candidates for Punjab polls and 29 candidates for Goa polls.

Out of 17 candidates of Punjab list, the number of sitting MLAs will be 5 and 18 out of 29 candidates will be sitting for the MLA post in Goa.

Date of notification is decided to be January 11, nomination date will be January 18, scrutinized nomination will be followed on 19th January and withdrawal of candidature will proceed on 21st of January. While, single phase will initiate on February 4.
