Flipkart is planning to take lead in Indian market in 2017, Co-founder Sachin Bansal confidently describes the aim saying, "Decisive lead in Indian Market". Flipkart is on its way towards improvement in operational efficiency and to launch altered unit in the market.

Sachin Bansal said in Gujarat Summit, " Its restructuring is about improving operational efficiency so that we can execute our plan... business is getting bigger... Binny moves to a bigger role to ensure there is more focus."
