Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer blockbuster of the year and crosses 300 crore film Sultan which shows the journey of a wrestler and also shows the position of women wrestlers in India has honoured with one more honour.
The film got the opportunity to be screened at Indian Panaroma Section at International Film Festival of India running in Goa.
In the evening of November 24, Sultan got a red carpet screening where witnessed the houseful audience and received a standing ovation from them.
Ali Abbas Zafar explained, “Sultan tells the story of a son of the soil who takes on his personal flaws and huge professional challenges on a global scale to emerge victorious. It’s an Indian story at heart, and has universal appeal at an emotional level. That Sultan has been given such a prestigious screening here at IFFI speaks volumes for its cinematic impact and also proves that mainstream Hindi films can win over sections of international audiences too.
