New Delhi: A man killed his 22 year old lover in a guest house in Jama Masjid area of Old Delhi yesterday.

As per the police, “A young couple had booked a room at Al Danish guest house near Jama Masjid around 1 PM. The man had submitted an ID proof as per which he was Adam, 25, a resident of Haryana and introduced his 22-year-old girl friend as Shabnam to the hotel staff”.

After some time, a man left the guesthouse, following which later in the evening when the staff knocked the door, but not received any response from another side. Then the staff reported the incident to police, and broke the door, where they found the dead body of the girl.

An investigation is on to arrest the accused and to the identity of the girl.
