Running is good for health, it is considered to be low maintenance sport as there is no requirement of fancy and expensive tools. But if you are doing it regularly it is essential to make it proper so as your running become more comfortable, safe and effective.

Here's some equipment you have to keep in mind before going for daily running:

1. Shoe Selection

The single most important piece of equipment is shoes. It is important to have the right pair of shoes as the perfect pair of shoes will make your feet lighter while running. This equipment is usually used by the long run racer. The reason behind using it as one can never sure of the availability of resources like water organised by the organiser while running.

By taking the hydration belt, the runners can ensure that they have the ideal drink for their body.
