Having long, thick and shiny hair is on every woman's wishlist. But due to dust, pollution and dirt particles makes this wish impossible to achieve. There are many ways to keep your Hair Healthy and Shiny and which will take only a few minutes to do :-
1. Wash your hair in botanical oils - These are available at health-food shops, olive, jojoba and sweet almond oils are all great hair elixirs.
2. For dry hair, try an avocado solution - Avocado moisturizes hair shafts and loads them with protein, making them stronger.
3. Cleansing away the itchy scalp: Lemon juice and olive oil - An itchy scalp can be a result of poor diet, stress or climate. Massage your scalp with the mixture of lemon juice and olive oil and allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
4. Dandruff: Brown Sugar - One of the most common hair problems is dandruff. Treat it effectively at home by mixing 2 parts of brown sugar to 1 part of your hair conditioner and lightly rub it on your scalp.
5. Humidify your night air - Use a humidifier at night in your bedroom, especially in cold weather. Your central heating probably keeps the air very dry, which can dry out your hair.
6. Give your hair a rest - If you wear your hair in a ponytail, take it out for a few hours a day to give your hair a break. Also, try not to pull hair back too tightly. Never sleep with accessories in your hair.
7. Hair fall: Aloe Vera - Aleo Vera is a perfect for healing the scalp and bringing the pH balance to normal. It also has cleansing properties that cleans the pores out.
