There are many people who suffer from this problem that they have a lot to accomplish and time is less but they feel sleepy while working. So here is an article for those that how can they train themselves to need less sleep.

They should try to go half an hour early to sleep and then wake up at the same time. ReaserResearch that an average healthy adult needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night. If the sleep is in continuity then you can wake up fresh. 

Try avoiding working on screens in the bed at sleep time as it may disturb sleep schedule. Go to bed at same time and wake up at same time. This will stop you from making sleepy in the noon at your working time. Avoid getting stressed at night time, complete your any worry session before half an hour of sleep as this disturbs the sleep pattern.
 
Here we are not advocating how to sleep instead we are saying how to train body to take adequate sleep at night so that you won't feel sleepy during work in the noon. Research shows that if you get up fresh in the morning then your sleep is adequate whether how many hours you are sleeping whether its less than 8.
 
Your body will tell you how it feels. So sometimes you can even try the opposite way that is to go to sleep little late and waking up at same time. Less and more sleep depends on the persons activities that how much physically and mentally active he is. But if you cut down your sleep intentionally then your brain may work slow.
 
As good sleep enhances concentration power, makes you learn things faster, helps to accomplish work soon by making you energised and keeps your brain at work longer and so keeping you healthy.
