Abhishek Bachchan due to slipped disc became bedridden for around a month. He advised not working till he got the recovery and get rid of the pain. Then only he can be backed on work.

This advised bed rest could be the cause of gaining weight due to inactivity but Abhishek lost eight kilos in just three months of inactivity. Jr. Bachchan found out the way to stay fit without straining his back. He reportedly, chose to walk 15000 steps everyday.

Abhi shares, “When you are in bed for over a month you love eating all kinds of comfort food — which I did — but now I have given all that up. And apart from cutting down on all my favourite food, I also walk a lot every day as I can’t work out at the gym. Walking is a great way of keeping fit till I resume my workouts."
