After 6 years highest IPO Kitty is recorded now!

Smart pricing strategies for generating higher conversions from new sectors to market investors are pushed and supported by private equity investors. Some such private equity investors helped around 27 companies to raise nearly 26,500 crores of rupees via initial public offers in the year 2016 only. Thus the total sum of the fund raised from IPOs during last 12 months was just the double figure of the amount that happened in 2015. The amount as told by the investors was close to what was raised during last five years, which almost never happened till date.

The bankers and merchant are now hoping greats from the collection that happened in 2016 and are hoping fruitful results in the coming year 2017. In addition to this, Rs 26,500 crore through IPOs on the main board of the stocks exchanges, 2016 also saw Rs 495 crore raised through the SME platform and another Rs 13,000 crore through offer for sales (OFS) by listed entities showed. Each was a solid theory on how to manage the tricky question of pricing which varied largely in the market conditions.
