The molestation and abduction case of a popular Malayalam actress Bhavana shook the whole country and it caused everyone to stand against the molesters.
Now, popular Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt raised her voice. Alia said, "It's something which is not getting better at all. It makes me more sad than worried, though." She added, "It all seems so unnatural, like things that happen only in scary movies. It's shocking that it can happen to any of us walking on the road right now. I don’t know who to turn to and question why all this has happened. There’s no answer."
When she was quizzed whether she will increase her own security now, Alia stated that she didn't do it and stated, "Because it didn’t cross my mind at all but yeah, it could happen to anybody. But I think it’s something we have to take up seriously."
She in last said, "I don’t want to talk too much about it because I anyway feel there's a lot of attention on it and I'm sure that's the last thing someone who's going through all this, would want right now. She would not want any more attention."
