Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that the government has spent Rs. 3350 crores for the Polavaram project and will give also give some additional amount of Rs. 3850 crores as soon for the national project.
On the small visit of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on yesterday on the site regarding the polavaram project where he said that " Rs. 32000 crores are needed only for the displaced and for acquiring lands in the estimated total cost of Rs. 50,000 crores".
By praising the work of central government's cooperation, N Chandrababu Naidu said that " it is the biggest project and he held the review around 53 times and also visited the site of the polavaram project about 18 times.
About the Polavaram project, N Chandrababu Naidu also said that the project will finish off by the year 2018 and moreover his government is trying to complete 28 irrigation projects in next 100 days.
On the site visit of Polavaram project, many other ministers like Minister for water resources Devineni Umamaheawar Rao, endowments minister Paidikondala Manikyala Rao, West Godavari district collector K Bhaskar Rao were also presented with Andhra Pradesh's CM N Chandrababu Naidu at the site visit.
