New Delhi: The new Additional Secretary in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council will be Arun Goyal, who is Senior IAS officer.
Goyal's appointment against the newly created post has been approved by the Appointments committee of Cabinet.
Currently, Goyal is working as Additional Secretary, Project Monitoring Group, Cabinet Secretariat, who is a batch IAS officer of Union Territory cadre.
