Jammu, In two seperate incidents in Kishtwar and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir, a woman was killed and three persons were injured in attacks by wild animals.

Leopard attacked a woman, identified as Khalida Begum, when she was grazing cattle in Indrawal belt of Kishtwar district yesterday.

Hearing her cries, people rushed to the spot and drove off the feline. The woman died of her injures in hospital, police said.

While in another incident, three people were injured in an attack by a wild bear in Hari Bhudda area of Poonch district yesterday.

All three have been hospitalised.
