For the watchers and fans of Jennifer Winget, Kushal Tandon and Aneri Vajani, yesterday's episode of Beyhadh must have surely been a touching one. The show marked it ends yesterday.
Going towards the show's final update for the season, the episode started with Arjun taking Maya to the clinic. The doctor tells him that Maya is going through labour pains. The doctor takes Maya to the operation theatre. Looking at her condition, the doctor asks the family to choose one amongst the baby and Maya and also tells everyone that Maya's situation is very critical and she would be able to save either Maya or her child. Jhanvi says that she should save the child but Saanjh and Arjun tell the doctor that she should save Maya. Saanjh says that she can't risk Maya's life for a baby. Luckily, the doctor manages to save both the mother and the child. She informs Arjun that Maya has delivered a baby girl. Somehow, Maya manages to run away with the baby.
Maya takes the baby girl home and recalls her childhood days when her father used to lock her in a dark room or make her drown in a tub full of water. She tells her baby girl of how she when grows up should be rebellious and stubborn to grab everything that she wants or else the world will never let her be happy.
Arjun and Saanjh manage to find Maya. She asks Arjun to send Saanjh over to her alone. Arjun refuses but Maya threatens him. When Saanjh reaches Maya's house, Maya points a gun towards her. But Arjun reaches on time and points a gun towards Maya. He says that he hates her too much and fires the gun. The bullet goes straight through her heart but later on, he realises that Maya has shot herself. Maya tells him how much she loved him and how madly. She says that she needed to die to prove her mad love for him. She asks Arjun to set her free. Arjun kisses her on Maya's forehead. She breathes her last. Arjun gets emotional and cries. He thinks that he had never imagined that he would ever see Maya dying. Maya breathes her last. That marks the end of Beyhadh 's successful one year run.
