The Congress party vice-president Rahul Gandhi is denied the permission by the authorities to visit the Saharanpur. Today despite that Gandhi headed towards the riot-hit Saharanpur.
Yesterday, the Uttar Pradesh ADG Law and Order Aditya Mishra had requested all political parties to steer clear of the violence-hit area until the situation returns to normal.
In order to take stock of the situation, Rahul Gandhi will visit here where a caste conflict had erupted in which many Dalits were allegedly targeted.
