Everybody likes to eat dessert after dinner, but do you know that dessert contains calories, which can increase your weight. So, in such a way, you need a dessert which will not increase your weight. We will tell you about such fruit custard today which will not increase your weight but you will get protein and vitamins.

Ingredients -

250 ml - Skimmed milk 1 tsp - vanilla flavor custard powder As required as per taste Half a bowl - Mix fruit (apple, banana, grapes)

Method -

1. First make a paste by mixing vanilla custard powder in two teaspoons of milk.

2. Now add milk to this paste and stir it till it thickens. Then put it in the refrigerator.

3. When it cools down, then add the chopped mix into the fruit bowl.

4. Take your Healthy Dessert Fruit Custard ready. Serve it cold.
