Material: 1 table spoon cumin seeds, 1 table spoon coriander powder, 2 tsp red chillies, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 table spoon dry fenugreek leaves, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp spoon mint chutney, 1 table spoon paprika, 1 table spoon Coriander, 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste, 40 ml oil, 80 ml water, 500 grams of boneless chicken
Method: 1-Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken in a bowl. 2- Mix this mixture in 500 grams of boneless chicken. 3- Then keep it for 1 hour. 4- Soak kebab's ramrod in water for 30 minutes. 5- Put chicken into rods. 6- Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius and then bake the chicken pieces for 15 to 20 minutes.
