Everything happens at the right time and so it goes with the weight after C-Section. If u want to aim at your pre-pregnancy weight, don't immediately rush after a Section. Instead, wait for 6 months post delivery. And if you are breastfeeding, you will start loosing calories as the extra calories which you eat directly goes to your baby's milk. So if u are feeding a 4 to 6 months, you will start loosing weight and burn calories. You should start walking and little exercises only after 6 weeks of your delivery or after 2 months. So the best and easy ways to loose your weight is eating right, are & avoiding unnecessary calories.

1. Exercise:
Start taking a walk daily for about half an hour in starting. Don't push your body too much into exercising. Start swimming, jogging, yoga and you will slowly loose your weight. You have to keep patience regarding this matter as the stitches take the time to recover. 
 
2.Eat right and healthy:
It is very important to eat healthy food as you are breastfeeding your baby. He needs all the food supplements so you need to take fruits and green leafy vegetables, dairy products that are vitamins, proteins, calcium etc.
 
3. Avoid unhealthy foods:
Avoid junk foods as its unhealthy. You need to closely observe on what you eat. As what you eat is what you become. Snacking is important but avoid salty ones instead take fruits and salads. Avoid cakes, pastries, cold drinks and all as they contain saturated fats in them.
 
An increase in your activity levels and eating healthy will continue to shed pounds and especially when you are breast feeding. But don't immediately rush into weight loss programs as recovery from C-section takes more time than a vaginal delivery
