Ingredients:
250 gm cottage cheese
2 tbsp Flour Maida
4 tbsps corn flour
1/2tsp garlic paste
1/2tsp ginger paste oil
Salt, according to taste
1/4 cup water
For saute:
1/2tsp garlic paste
1/2tsp ginger paste
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsps finely chopped
green onions (spring onion)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tbspchilli Sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt, according to taste
Method:
Cut the paneer into small square pieces. In a bowl, add thick flour, corn flour, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste and 1/4 cup water and prepare a thick slurry. Immerse the pieces of paneer in this solution and let it remain for 20 minutes to be done.
Heat oil on medium flame in a pan. Put the merinated paneer pieces into the oil and cook it untill it turn Golden. Put the kitchen paper in a plate and take out fried paneer pieces in the plate. Now, Take a wide and thin bottom dish and heat 2 tbsp oil on medium flame in it. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Add chopped green chillies, chopped capsicum and chopped onions and fry for 2-3 minutes. Put soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce and salt. Put fried paneer pieces and green onions and mix well. Cook all the ingredients in the curry and cook on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Paneer Manchurian dry is ready. Serve it with chopped green onions.
