Know the mouth watering recipe of Paneer Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled rice (cold or leftover)
Cut 1/2 cup cottage cheese into square pieces
1 medium onion, cut into equal length
1/4 cup capsicum, cut into equal length
1/4 cup carrot, cut into equal length
1/2 tsp grated ginger
4 Garlic buds, finely chopped
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oil
Finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Method:

Heat oil on medium flame in a pan. Put chopped onions, garlic and ginger in it and roast for 1 minute. Pour carrot and paneer pieces and roast for one minute. Pour capsicum and roast it until it becomes slightly soft, but still until crisp (let it not let very soft).

Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt and mix well. Pour cooked rice and mix well with a spoon. Taste rice and if you need more salt add. (If you have a cooking experience then you can cook rice by bouncing light on high flame.) Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Turn off the gas. Remove the paneer fried rice in a plate and decorate it with green coriander.
