Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) India announced the increase in its Jeep and Fiat vehicles upto Rs 6.4 lakh. The company has taken this decision in view of the increase in GST cess. It has been stated in the statement of the company that the price of various versions of its recently launched Jeep Compass has been increased from Rs 21,000 to Rs 72,000.
The price of the imported Jeep model has been increased from Rs 2.75 lakh to Rs 6.4 lakh.
The prices of Fiat brand models have been increased from 9000 to 14000 rupees. The company statement said that the new prices will be effective from the entire range and from September 15, 2017. It is notable that only yesterday, Honda Cars India had announced the increase in the prices of vehicles of its City, BR V and CR V-Model.
