Two days back, Roy Wadia's counsels presented their case by saying that there are 19 similarities between Rangoon and Hunterwali. Then filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's counsels who presented their counter side before the court. Well, Bhardwaj's counsel Virendra Saraf put up their side claimed that Fearless Nadia is just a screen name.

Saraf said, "Character copyright is not sustainable as per Indian Copyright Right Law. So if we consider Fearless Nadia as a character, it can't be a fit case under copyright law anyway."

Added by Saraf, "Nadia was an adopted name by Mary Evans much before Hunterwali (1935) came out. She added 'Fearless' later since she performed stunts on her own."

Kadam also quipped that Fearless Nadia's character was all copied from Pearl White and Zorro. Also there might be similarities between Rangoon and Hunterwali!
