It had been the worst and frustrating day for both the team player and spectator of Hyderabad as match didn’t get even started between India and Australia. The host nation mauled the first T-20 International by 9 wickets in hands, while chasing 48 (D/L) method and same scenario case in the second T-20 International as the Host bat first after losing an important toss and just scoring 118 on the board as visitor manage 8 wicket win over the India. The final Twenty20 International between India and Australia was on Friday called off without a ball being bowled here.

As a result of the abandonment, the three and final match T20 series ended tied 1-1. The two skippers Virat Kohli and David Warner, umpires and match officials decided that no play could be possible because of a soft and wet outfield.

According to the umpires, the outfield was so soaking wet that there was no real chance of play regardless of the fact that it did not rain for quite a while. After the match was delayed, the ground at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium was inspected three times but despite all efforts from the Ground staff play was not possible as both teams had to share this series one win each side.

Hyderabad such a poor state of groundwater drainage system, Hyderabad Uppal stadium should be banned from hosting any more international matches. India and Australia have won one match each in the three-match series. This was supposed to be the final match of Australia's limited overs tour of India.
