Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was in news for incidents it meets. Samsung is a Korean Company which becomes world’s no.1 Smartphone making company in a matter of few years. It emerges as a global competitor for other companies. But when Samsung Galaxy Note 7 turns into a nightmare for the company, the reputation of the company go downwards.

Competitors of the Samsung force the company to discontinue the smartphones after replacement devices also caught fire. This is the biggest failure in the Smartphone market since the Smartphone emerges.

This failure costs a lot to the company including damage to the reputation and billions of loss of profit. In a torrid period which has also seen it embroiled in the corruption scandal that has resulted in President Park Geun-Hye's impeachment.

Internal and independent investigations "concluded that batteries were found to be the cause of the Galaxy note 7 incidents", Samsung said in a statement.

"We sincerely apologise for the discomfort and concern we have caused to our customers," Koh Dong-Jin, the head of its mobile business, told reporters in Seoul.

The company sold around 2 million phones only in America. The authority of USA banned the Phone from using in airplanes and other travelling vehicles. And uses include carrying the phone with you. In short, who is having this phone is not allowed to enter the planes.
