The country Oman Foreign minister Mr. Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah on the invitation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is going to visit India on April 2-3, 2017.
In February and June 2014 Mr. Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah visited the India and in 2015 the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj visited Oman. During his visit, both would discuss bilateral, regional and other issues of mutual interest.
Oman is a good partner of India in the Gulf region with bilateral trade exceeding USD 3.86 billion in 2015-16.
