Respecting the customer complaints, the smartphone maker has agreed to get the battery replaced for such cases. A particular lot is having the fault and company have released an application to check the serial number of the device.
You need to visit the nearest customer support centre and by producing your device, the support engineer will be changing the battery in front of you to get the phone working. But make sure your device has no physical damage and should not have any water damage problems then only it will be cleared for the replacement.
