Consumers of the country see Google as the most authentic brand. However, on the global level, Amazon.com is the foremost in this list. This information has been received in a new survey. After Google in India, Microsoft, Amazon.com, Maruti Suzuki, and Apple are considered to be the most authentic. 

Donna Imperato, chief executive of Global Communications Agency Con and Wolves, said that consumers today want to buy from companies that join them in a real way. Our research shows a link between those brands that make practical communication and have the potential to attract and retain customers, and this makes them strong.

According to a poll conducted by Con and Wolff, Apple is the second world after Amazon in the race for authenticity worldwide. In the Authentic Brand Studies 2017 report, it has been said that Microsoft, Google, and PayPal have been placed third, fourth and fifth in global authenticity and they are all companies related to technology.

According to the findings of this study, 67% of consumers in India expressed interest in purchasing the brand, which they consider to be authentic. Matt Stafford, president of Asia Pacific, in Cotton & Wolff, told that the brands that deal with authenticity and communicate will make better relationships with customers and provide a better experience. Stafford says that our research shows that India's brands need to focus on three factors of authenticity - reliability, respect, and reality to increase their offerings and market share.
