To keep sugar in control, people have to consume medicines every day. But today we are going to tell you about some good and nutritious foods which can be used to control sugar problem.

1- Bitter gourds for sugar patients is very beneficial. Bitter gourd contains a large amount of chemical called carats, which is used as a natural steroid, due to which the sugar levels do not increase.

2- Blackberry's leaves and fruits are very beneficial in the disease of sugar. If you have a problem with sugar then, grind the seeds of blackberry and take it with milk daily.

3- To keep the sugar in control, add some of the mango leaves in the water for overnight and filter and drink this water.

4-There are plenty of carbohydrate, calorie and many types of micro nutrients present in honey, which always work to keep the sugar in control.
