Jio Filmfare Awards (Marathi) 2017 had an enthralled event, in Jio Filmfare awards where Marathi cinema industry gathered under one roof for the awards night. The gala event took place at the Mumbai convention and exhibition centre which was hosted by Pushkar Shrotri and Pushkaraj Chirputkar. Famous actress Sonali Kulkarni who gave a performance on classic Marathi songs such as 'Disla Ga Bai Disla', 'Kuthe Kuthe Jayache Honeymoon La', 'Kunya Gavacha Aale Pakharu' and a medley of other peppy numbers and entertained the audience with her mesmerising moves.

Playback singer Jasraj Joshi and Priyanka Barve took the stage on fire by performing the songs like 'Dhagala Lagli Kala'.  And Priyanka made her entry with 'Ya Dolyanchi Don Pakhare' and 'Jambhul Pikalya Jhadakhali' and burned the floor with their energetic performance. Jasraj, who came on the stage before her, set the stage on fire by singing 'Raatri Cha Khel Chale'. At Jio Filmfare awards Nana Patekar bagged the Best Actor Award for his passionate performance in 'Natsamrat'. The fresh school graduate Rinku Rajguru was honoured with the Best Actress Award for her gritty performance in 'Sairat'.
