Team India has a new challenge against New Zealand after festival season. A group of stars New Zealand cricketers arrived on Friday for the limited overs tour of India, commencing October 22. New Zealand cricketers who arrived, Martin Guptill, Tom Latham, Kane Williamson(c), Ross Taylor, Colin de Grandhomme, Mitchell Santner, Tim Southee, Adam Milne, Trent Boult.
Among the players, who arrived, senior batsman, Ross Taylor tweeted the news of their arrival. "Nice to be back in India. ” Taylor wrote on his official Twitter handle. Nine squad members of the Kiwi team had left for India on Thursday while the remaining six members will be picked from the A side which is playing limited overs matches at Visakhapatnam.
New Zealand, take on India in three ODI matches - Mumbai (October 22), Pune (October 25) and Kanpur (October 29), which will be followed by a three-match T20 series.
Although, the host nation Team India with its solid form and winning performance by every individual player in the squad has the upper hand as Team India defeated kiwis in ODI series held last year.
