The episode begins with Preeta meeting her groom, Prithvi. He asks Preeta if she ever had any boyfriend. Preeta tells him the reality of how she almost got engaged and the engagement broke as the groom's family had high demands. Karan hopes that Preeta tells Prithvi about her broken engagement and wishes that Prithvi calls off the wedding. Srishti is shocked hearing his weird wish. Karan gets disturbed on thinking how to break the wedding. Prithvi finds a lot of common things between himself and Preeta. He convinces her and consoles a tensed Preeta. He also tells her about his past relationship. The marriage is almost fixed. Srishti notices Karan really upset and wonders what is wrong. Karan tells Sameer that only he can handle Preeta.

Prithvi says yes for the marriage. Karan gets shocked while and Preeta gets disturbed. Karan and Preeta look at each other. Srishti wonders what is with them. Kareena tells Rishabh that Sherlyn has observed a fast for him. Rishabh asks Sherlyn to stop this fast as he does not like her torturing herself. Rishabh goes to talk to his mother. Kareena congratulates Sherlyn for playing smart. Sarla and her family celebrate the happy news while Karan gets very disturbed and Preeta bit tensed. Srishti congratulates her sister. Karan gets angry. Karan sends Srishti away saying that he wants to talk to Preeta alone. Srishti goes away and Karan tells Preeta that he knows that she too knows what he wants to say. Both stay mum looking at each other. she is aware what he wants to tell her. He holds her and they have an eyelock. To be continued.
