It is very easy to make coconut barfi and it tastes too delicious. Let's make it
Material:
3 cup dry coconut (grated), 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup nuts (cashew nuts, raisins, almonds), 2 cups of water, ghee according to the requirement.
Method:
1- First, prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a pan. Keep in mind that the syrup should be thickened.
2- Now add ghee in a plate and grease it well.
3- Add the grated coconut in the syrup prepared after it and mix it well.
4-syrup prepared with coconut and spread it in the plate.
5- Now add finely chopped nuts from top and press with the help of spoon.
6-Cut it off at your favorite size when cooled.
7-Your coconut barfi is ready.
