Maruti, India's largest carmaker, has now taken the task of moving its customers relation to a second level. According to the news, Maruti Suzuki India has been trying to improve the experience of purchasing the car through its premium showroom Nexa to make customers experience better.
Continuing the same effort, the company has announced to open the Nexa Service Workshop across the country. This premium workshop will provide new technology and facilities to the customers. The company has launched its first NeXA Service Workshop in Gurujram.
It is being said that by 2020, the company has targeted to open 300 nexa workshops across the country. The company's Managing Director and CEO Kennichi Ayukawa said, "Nexa has contributed a lot in the change of Maruti, Nexa has liked the customer quite well. Now we want to introduce customers with a different experience through Nexa Service Workshop."
