A few days after a heavy change in the board of the Infosys, the company's co-founder NR Narayana Murthy said on Tuesday that his concern in the previous board led by R. Seshasayee was about poor governance operations.

He said that besides this, he was concerned about the huge package of the ex-chief financial officer and alleged irregularities in Panaji's acquisition. Narayana Murthy did not have any ideas since the resignation of Vishal Sikka, Chief Executive Officer of Infosys on August 18.

He said that appointment as the Chairman of Nandan Nilekani is a good thing for the company as it has always been in favor of better standards of company operation.

In a conference call with the investors, Narayana Murthy said that the resignation has started on the board after the resignation of the rest of the body and some others. However, the work is still in progress in this.

The board of directors responsible for Infosys blamed Narayana Murthy for the resignation. Last week, the remainder and three other directors had resigned. About a decade later, Nilekani has returned to the board.

Narayana Murthy said, "My main concern was the poor performance of the previous board. I have always taken care of shareholders' interests. It can never be for my personal gain."

The Board of Directors of Infosys accused him of running a misleading campaign on 18th August while attacking Narayana Murthy. The board also held Narayana Murthy responsible resignation.
