New Delhi: Today, in the City, the global conference will be commencing for the first time to build up Arbitration and Enforcement in India.
President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugrate the three day conference, named s ‘National Initiative On Strengthening Aritration And Enforcement’ which aims to change the mug of dispute resolution in India.
To drive this initiative, six leading international arbitral institutions and all major industry associations will be gathered for the very first time.
