Navratri is full of pride in the whole country. Everyone is dyed in the color of the devotion of the mother and most people have kept a full nine-day fast. In these nine days, eating only one food will surely make you bore.

That's why we have brought a recipe specially for you. Navratri Special Kuttu Pakoda. Kuttu Pakodas: Navratri's fasting is incomplete without pakode made from kuttu flour and boiled potato. These pakodas are very tasty in eating and its most important thing is that they get ready very fast.

Ingredients for Kuttu Pakodas: 250 grams of kuttu flour, four potatoes, two green chillies, half teaspoon ginger, half a teaspoon lemon juice, half cup of water, rock salt and oil or ghee for frying.

Method: First, boil 4 potatoes to make pakode. After that, peel the potatoes and mash them well in a separate bowl. After that mix together kuttu flour, mashed potato, 2 chopped green chilies, ginger juice, lemon juice and rock salt. Then pour water into this mixture and knead it well like a dough.

After kneading the dough, do not keep it for a long time, it will be soft and lizzy which can make you difficult to make its pakodas.

So immediately after kneading the dough, add oil or ghee in one pan and when the oil becomes hot, make small pakodas from this flour mixture and fry them deep in oil. Now, it's all ready to eat delicious and warm kuttu pakodas.

You can eat it with curd or with some chutney or without chutney also, it will taste good.
