Some days back, Dia Mirza is joined the cast of the biopic of Sanjay Dutt but there was no any confirmation about her role.

A day earlier, the news of Neha Bajpayee will play the role of Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata in his biopic is flashed but now producer of film Vidhu Vinod Chopra denied this news. Vidhu Vinod Chopra who is co producer of film said, "Dia Mirza is doing the role of Manyata."

He added, "It is a biopic and it is more than a biopic too because we expect people to learn something from it."

He further said, "The biopic will also explore Sanjay's relationship with his late star actor father Sunil Dutt. Veteran actor Paresh Rawal is playing the role of Sunil Dutt, while Sanjay's part is being brought alive by Ranbir Kapoor."

To release his film on holiday, he said, "I don't make pictures depending on the release date. I prefer to make one picture in four years than four pictures in one year."

When the producer was asked about the clash of 'Raees' and 'Kaabil', he said, "Both Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan are my friends and I hope that both the films do well."
