The  Pranab Mukherjee tenure as the President of India is going to end and for him, on Saturday the Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a farewell dinner. PM Modi also presented President Mukherjee with a memento.

The newly elected President  Ram Nath Kovind was also present at dinner. Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar, senior ministers and many Opposition leaders were also present at the farewell dinner.

In the Central Hall of Parliament, the President Pranab Mukherjee will also be given farewell by MPs on Sunday and on Friday President was also given a farewell by the Chiefs of Staff Committee.
