Islamabad: Kulbhushan Jadhav is in Jail in Pakistan and has been awarded the death penalty by the Pakistan and now the Pakistan has taken another step against him. The Pakistan Army has denied giving him consular access.

India had demanded about it so that he can be given the legal help. Earlier, a petition has been issued in India-Pak joint defence committee for prisoner against the death sentence given to Jadhav in which it was asked to cancel the death sentence given to him.

Jadhav was awarded the death penalty on April 10 in an unprecedented decision that sparked a diplomatic spat between the two hostile neighbours.
