Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Spinach Puree - 1/4 cup
Semolina - 1 Table spoon
Celery - 1/4 tspoon (Ajwain)
Salt - according to the taste
Oil
Stuffing:
Green peas - 1 cup
Ginger - 1/2 tspoon (finely chopped)
Garlic- 1/2 tspoon (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 2
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspoon
Salt - according to the taste (salt)

Method:
Add flour, salt, 1 teaspoon oil, spinach puree, celery, semolina in a bowl and mix well. Now add little water to it and knead the dough and keep it covered in the side.
Grind peas in a mixer.
Heat oil. Now add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chilli and roast it. After that put the grinded peas and roast it for 1 - 2 minutes. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Now fry the mixture until it turns brown, turn off the gas.
Make a ball shaped kneaded flour and enlarge it with the help of fingers, make it like a basket; put 1 or 2 teaspoons of peas in this basket of flour, seal the mixture and make it like Kachori.
Now add oil to pan and heat it then fry all the kachoris into it. Palak kachori is ready.
