The Prime Minister Narendra Modi today will inaugurate the country's longest bridge in Assam the  Dhola-Sadiya Bridge. It will connect the Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and is 9.15 kilometres long.

Today he will also lay the foundation stone of the proposed Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) at Gogamukh in Dhemaji district and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Sarusajai in Guwahati.

On the completion of three years of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA Government at the Centre and one year of the BJP-led Assam Government PM Modi will address the Nation from Guwahati.
