Shailesh Kumar the son-in-law of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav today will be appearing before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged Rs. 8,000 crore money laundering case.
He on Monday had skipped the summon by the ED. The three Delhi premises of Bharti, Shailesh and a firm allegedly linked to them in the money-laundering probe involving shell companies were raided by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday.
The CBI and the Income Tax department have already investigated the alleged financial irregularities by Lalu Yadav's family and now the ED is third central probing body to investigate the case.
