In the meeting for the ongoing India-China border standoff, the  Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will jointly brief an all-party meeting. The invitation has been sent to all the opposition parties.

Congress leader Anand Sharma said "We have been asking the government to take the opposition into confidence as the situation on the Indo-China-Bhutan borer in Doklam has been a matter of grave concern which has national security implications,"
