Ingredients for Coriander Lavash:

3/4 cup Flour
Fresh Green coriander 1 teaspoon
Roasted whole dry coriander 4 tablespoons
Dry yeast 1/2 (half) teaspoon
Sugar
 a pinch
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Method of Coriander Lavash:
Step 1 Take lukewarm water in a bowl and add yeast and sugar to it. Cover and hold for ten minutes or until the fence start coming in it.
Step 2 Fill the flour and salt in a second bowl.
Step 3 Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add a mixture of yeast and water as needed and smoothly make the dough.
Step 4 Cover with the wet cloth for half an hour or until the dough gets doubled. Make equal parts of the dough and roll each part in the sphere.
Step 5 Cut the triangle pieces of each sphere. Step 6 Rub a little oil on these triangular shaped pieces and sprinkle green coriander and coriander powder.
Step 7 Slightly press. Then place them in a microwave-proof dish and cook in microwave high (100%) for two minutes or until they become golden.
Step 8 Serve hot.
