Popular actress Reema Lagoo passed away last night after suffering a cardiac arrest. The actress was seen in films like Hum Saath Saath Hai, Hum Aapke Hain Koun, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Vaastav, Kya Kehna, Maine Pyaar Kiya, Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon, Yes Boss and many others. Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla who worked with her in filmsike Yes Boss, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Deewana Mastana showed grief on her death.

The actress about her demise said, "It really is shocking. I met her just some weeks ago at an awards function at Raj Bhavan. Oh dear!!! She has to be one of the most beautiful people really. I personally thought she was so pretty with her light eyes and lovely features. Strangely we worked together in the same film QSQT and then in many more films like Najayaz, Pratibandh, Deewana Mastana. But my most vivid memories are of working with her in Yes Boss where she played Shah Rukh's mother and I always loved watching her in Sooraj Barjatya films. She was the ideal mom and his films would be incomplete without her."

Last night, she was complained of chest pain and then was rushed to Kokilaben Ambani hospital at 1 am and at 3.15 am last night, she passed away.
