Tuesday: In Pradyumna Murder case, now the sword of arrest on the trustees of the Ryan Group is hanging. The Bombay High Court today will hear the anticipatory bail application of Dr. Augustine Francis Pinto and Grace Pinto, the chairman, and managing director respectively, of the Ryan International Group of Institutions.
The defendant's lawyer told that Dr. Augustin Francis Pinto (73) and Grace Pinto (62) of the trustee group are in the field of education for more than 40 years. There are 54 schools of Ryan International Group running throughout India. Based on these arguments, the defendant's lawyer has demanded anticipatory bail of the trustee group officials.
In order to get justice for his child, in this case, Praduymn's father Varun Thakur demanded that the case must be investigated by CBI. Today the Supreme Court will hear the petition filed in this case too.
In fact, on Monday, when the Supreme Court was hearing the Pradyumna Murder case, Varun Thakur received a call from Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
Khattar told him, "if his family is not satisfied with the police investigation then the Haryana government is also ready to conduct a CBI investigation into the matter."
Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also called upon Pradyumna's mother Jyoti Thakur and Uncle to assure every possible help.
