At the beginning of the first test match in Perth, Australian pacers scattered the visitors with their quick seams and accuracy to take wickets. Australia started well, setting up a partnership at the start of their innings. They have made 158 without losing any wicket at the earlier of day two. As the game progresses, they have lost quick wickets and could only take a lead of 2 runs. SA is playing in absence of their star pacer Dale Steyn who is having a shoulder injury to overcome.
Steyn has to go out for the scans as he felt serious pain in the right shoulder right after he has dismissed David Warner and then didn't returned back to play.
