On Monday the Supreme court refused to entertain the plea of the senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy seeking e-auction of media rights of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The decision is declared by a three-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra and also comprising Justices D Y Chandrachud and A. M. Khanwilkar.
