The Supreme Court is all set to hear the case on a dispute of returning money to its investors which involve Sahara chief Subrato Roy and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The court has denied hearing the plea of Sahara Group seeking more time to deposit Rs. 5000 crore (approx.) with the SEBI.
The court has also warned Sahara on March 21that it would auction Aamby Valley project if the latter fails to deposit the money.
